And we do that with both professionalism and passion.

We are proud of our sustainable and responsible approach to IT. An approach that guarantees you get the right equipment in the right place – all in a sustainable and secure way. And we have all our resources in-house, which makes us unique on the market.
We deliver to all industries and today help companies of various sizes, from those with 50 employees up to over 20,000 employees.

Our team consists of experts in logistics and configuring software and hardware. From our logistics centre, strategically located near national and international transport hubs for fast and efficient deliveries, we can guarantee an environmentally conscious and secure delivery of the highest quality. With an ISO-certified delivery process (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001), we ensure quality and security every step of the way.
In cases where you need storage, pick/pack, import/export, transport or other order administration for goods or equipment outside your workplace IT, we can also assist by offering you solutions for that.
We are happy to accept existing equipment to help you extract maximum value from it, ensuring that as much as possible can be re-used. The handling of used equipment is something we are very proud of and it is the foundation of our commitment to the market to do everything we can to minimise negative environmental impact.
Tobias Björklund, responsible for the product and service range at Convit, plays a key role in maintaining a trusting relationship with distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Have you always known that you wanted to work in IT?
– Yes, we have a standing joke that I have worked here since I was a child. I have over 15 years of experience in logistics and IT configuration, as well as a CompTIA A+ certification. I studied IT for a few years, have worked in IT distribution and specifically with WaaS (Workspace as a Service), i.e. workplace services, since 2017.
Why do you enjoy it so much?
– I think it’s a combination of my experience and a really good team that feels as strongly about the industry as I do. It’s always fun to be good at what you do, where my strength above all lies in building strong and secure relationships with our customers.
What is the most common question you get asked at your job?
“Tobbe, you’ve worked here for a hundred years, can you help me with this?”
As delivery manager at Convit, Josefin ensures that products and services are of the best quality, and that deliveries flow as they should. She also manages the daily conversation with customers.
How would you describe Josefin at work?
– I’m a meticulous and structured person, two sides that are really noticeable in my work. Delivering high quality to the customer is incredibly important to me, which of course is the basis for why I do this type of job. I always think several steps ahead in a process before performing a larger task to really review risks and minimise them in the delivery.
What’s the most enjoyable part of your job?
– That it is so diverse! We treat all our customers in a unique way and adapt the deliveries completely to their needs.
What is the most common question you get asked at your job?
“What does the delivery time look like for so-and-so?”
With over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, Patrik oversees the entire operation and ensures that both the organisation and the business develop in the right direction.
What are your strengths as Managing Director at Convit?

What’s the most enjoyable part of your job?
– For me, it’s incredibly rewarding to come to the office and meet our fantastic team. We’ve really succeeded in building a familiar and open atmosphere. I enjoy the diversity of people I interact with and the opportunity to deliver products I’m passionate about, all within a well-packaged service. In addition, we constantly challenge each other to do it in the most responsible and sustainable way possible.
What is the most common question you get asked at your job?
“How’s it going today?” and “Patrik, you know Excel, how do I do this?”
With over 20 years of experience in sales, Martin always keeps the customer’s interests and success in focus. He understands the need companies have for secure, efficient, sustainable, and seamless IT management.
What are your strengths as a Senior Key Account Manager at Convit?
– Understanding each customer’s business and unique challenges. Despite all the noise around AI, it’s still people who make a company what it is. I’m passionate about simplifying things and helping both individuals and businesses succeed. That’s what makes the job rewarding and motivating!
What’s the most enjoyable part of your job?
– Meeting new people and getting to know exciting companies. For me, growth is a strong driving force—but never at the cost of personal relationships. I’m also committed to delivering the highest possible level of service to our existing customers. At Convit, we’re a family-oriented company with strong values, and personal connections are important. That suits me perfectly.
What is the most common question you get asked at your job?
“Who are you meeting today?” and “Martin, who do you know at company X?” I suppose those questions reflect the size of my network—and that I understand the importance of building and maintaining customer relationships.
